1. Board members approved the buying a light for the outside of the building
2. The Board approved the financials.
3. Discussed and approved October minutes
4. Discussed rent increase and approved.
5. A list of squad leaders and squad treasurers is being gathered.
6. The board approved a BW/Color printer purchase for the club.
7. The board agreed to posting signs to let members know the cost of coffee to keep waste to a minimum, more discussions next meeting will occur regarding alternatives to the current copy supplier we are using to save on costs.
8. A “To-do” list will be added to the board minutes to help members ensure they are completing responsibilities. A new format for note-keeping was requested and will be tried for the next few meetings.
